Shocking and outrageously Pathetic Service!

2May2013 My vehicle was /recovered then sent to assessment centre.16May van then taken to Technostar for repair by Budget Insurance. Few days later my van stood outside the premises and was told they waiting for spares.31May I was informed that all spares arrived and it would take 8-10 working days to complete.7June Melany my liaison informed me that the van was ready for painting. Finally progress! So I thought! 11June I called Melany to ask if my van would be ready by that Friday but was told it was highly unlikely.18June I called Technostar and was told the exact story that my van was waiting to be painted! I demanded to speak to the manager but was told he was unavailable. I called my consultant from Budget Japie and expressed my frustration and disappointment. He promised to escalate to his manager.25June I walk into Technostar my van lay there spray work done with an employee asleep in the drivers seat! No signs of any attempt of assembly! How can the manager feed me the sloppy story about encountering unforseeen damages when they have not yet attempted to assemble the van??? This is his excuse for the delay! I am appalled! This is so outrageous that I have to wait so long!
