Pathetic service from Jaguar Assist

Last week I found that one tire was flat and phoned Jaguar Assist to find out where the Jack should be positioned as under the car it appeared to be all covered in plastic with no metal area apparent and no explanation in the user manual as to where to position the jack. The call center person was not able to assist and told me that they need to send someone out to my home to change the tire. She then asked me for my insurance company and responded that they did not deal with that company. I eventually out of pure frustration put the phone down and phoned the Boksburg workshop who explained where to put the jack. How can Jaguar Assist not know that and help me? Apart from that pathetic experience the Jaguar is a poor vehicle, very noisy, hard on the road, intermittent wipers work when they feel like and generally not a nice car to drive. I have decided to go back to purchasing a Mercedes Benz E200. Brilliant vehicles. Even though I am losing a large amount of money on a 2013 Jaguar XF with 3, 300kms on and getting a pathetic trade in value I have decided to sell it rather than staying with a Jaguar. Jaguars have no resale value, its pathetic.
