Refund on Deposit not paid!!

Still waiting for refund after returning vehicle on Christmas day. It is not good that customers have to wait forever for their refunds but when they charge your card it is instant.
Why can they not refund your card at branch level. Why must I be subjected to a paper trail that must be sent to Cape Town for processing. This is annoying.
