Shocking service and rip-offs

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from TNT and I will be sure to make it known out there. I have been trying to get my shipment since early December. I have had dealings with Koketso Maenetjie (who is terribly rude and ignores my emails) and Hellen Nkomo (who said she would get Koketso to give me an update, but nothing yet). I paid the ridiculous TNT admin fees, duty and VAT and sent Koketso the proof of payment a week ago and asked her to confirm receipt. Not a word from her yet!!! And I can never get through on the call centre number!!! I am now going to take this to the media, which ever route I can find! It is disgusting and inexcusable. And to add to it, I had to pay over R700 (in TNT fees ONLY) for a small parcel worth about R660. Shocking!!! On their website, there is still no change to the statuis, which, to me, means that nothing is being done. How would I know otherwise if I can never get any feedback? Am I being had?! I wonder!!
