On Sat. the 13th April 2013, I logged a claim for my gate motor that was struck by lightning, I have been phoning several times and explaining the urgency and the danger it puts me in. I was corresponding with a Ms Koketso Maboe, whom seem to be very laxed and a don't care attitude. Today I had to do my on follow up with WayBridge and was assisted by Ms Alicia Labushange, whom was very helpful. As for Koketso Maboe, I don't know what is ABSA paying her fo
