Stuck in mud in the middle of nowhere!

Driving back from Nelspruit to Port Elizabeth, late Saturday night, we were given directions to take a shorter route to Bloemfontein, we got lost and were using google maps on our blackberry's. We landed up on a dirt road, and stuck in mud. Literally in the middle of nowhere. After managing to charge our phones the next morning at a farm using outside power (nobody was home) we got through to Koketso at Outsurance. WOW! What an amazing caring woman, we managed to give her a very vague idea of where we were, and she got hold of a breakdown service. It took Paul from Dasville Towing more than hour to get to where we were with the aid of sending him google maps, etc. Koketso kept in contact with us and Paul, and thanks to Koketso and Outsurance we were on tar roads, on the road home again. It was so awesome to speak to someone at a call centre, that UNDERSTOOD what I was saying, not having to repeat my ID number over and over again, like happens at so many call centres... A big up to Koketso!
