I went in to see the Manager (Lloyd) at BMW CLEARWATER after my holiday trip and two visit's to BMW to fix my car pulling to the right. After major inconvenience to me and a frustrating drive to Durban with a car that pulled to one side, i went in to see this "manager" He was non sympathetic and just went on with his business like i was not there. He got my types changed with another car. The problem was resolved but he did not check if everything was sorted and i now got 2 rear mags which are badly scratched. I am still waiting for his response to another major question i asked him. I don't want to even start complaining about the sales woman that sold me the car (Nicky).

I sent an email to the dealership to get the contact details of the Principal. I am still waiting for a response. To me it seems as if this dealership only treats people that buy the really expensive BMWs. Just buying a BMW these days is not enough, it seems. I have received much better service when i bought my Jetta or Toyota. I really do not understand what BMW means when they say that they are focussed on customers and service.

I know what my next car will not be.
