Tried to buy a new Juke for my wife at this dealership. Received a quote signed and returned it so vehicle could be ordered, finance approved, asked for delivery date was told the vehicle they quoted on was not available i.e the colour and interior. Would try and find one, silence from the dealership, I sent the sales rep a email demanding what was happening, stopped speaking to me and began trying to go through my wife. I phoned the sales manager put the same question to her she began to shout at me and treat me like as if I was the problem. Still no car. Went to Northcliff they found the car that we wanted in 24 hours. 3 days later my wife had her new car. How the sales rep and sales manager keep their jobs I cannot understand, True blessing for Nissan. This would have been my third car through this dealership, Bye Bye.
