Non delivery of Christmas gift!

22:42 on 24 December. After being assured of delivery of gift (7 year old's Christmas present) before Christmas by Hilda Shokane (email confirmation) and Yolandie (Cape Town branch), this gift was not delivered. If it was not for the and deceit, I would have been happy to drive the 150km to Cape Town to collect myself to ensure the gift was here for Christmas. This total lack of values and integrity I assume is role modeled by the senior management and reflects on their personal values I will actively make sure that the total lack of service is communicated widely.
