Still awaiting my delivery

Toady is a month since I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas. I told Manoj that we are closing for the holidays at work as this is where I wanted the gift delivered. The company has now closed and it has not been delivered and I've had no correspondence from them at all. I am very unhappy!!!
