WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Bought an Expensive Mercedes in September 2013. Visiting family again in November and the gearbox broke. Immediatly returned it to Bloomsbury for repairs and I must say the service is shocking. From end of November till today still no answer on when the Vehicle will be ready as it has been promised numerous times that it will be ready in 10 days. It has no been 16 days and still counting. They didn't even offer a courtesy vehicle to use over the festive season to compensate for all the inconvenience caused.

For an establishment of such high standards as one accociates with the name Bloomsbury the service is pathetic and most upsetting!!!

All I ask for is at this time until the matter can be resolved is a courtesy car so I can enjoy the holiday season like the owner of Bloomsbury whom is unreachable according to staff at his holiday destination.
