Bad courier service

I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered from Homechoice through them to no avail. I am being moved from pillar to post. Homechoice sent me 2parcels through them and tey delivered one. They claimed they have been trying to get hold of me but failing. On wednesday the 18th a lady from the office called me to ask if they can deliver on Friday and I said yes. Waited in vain all day friday, I called them again sat and the supervisor said he will make surew its delivered on saturday before COB and still I waited in vain. And this morning the ladies are putting down the phones on me in the name of transferring the call though.
