I entered into a private sale and I was required to utilize the services of Strijdom Park VW in order to conclude the deal. Liani worked efficiently and professionally to assist in closing out the deal promptly. Unfortunately her request to Head Office to pay via EFT fell on deaf ears and H/O issued a cheque.

I asked Liani and Elize to escalate this issue in an effort for me to pick up the car ASAP. Within an hour of asking them to assist the issue was resolved and the seller paid.

I would recommend any person who is interested in buying a VW to contact Liani or Elize - they really went beyond the extra mile to ensure that I was happy with the deal.
