WORST SERVICE!!!

I booked my car in on Tuesday, 10 December 2013, they failed to provide me with an alternative vehicle nor did they give me a deadline for when my vehicle would be done. They also could not provide me with the exact problem after it has been in for a week! After much struggle and phone calls my car is finally ready after 9 days! This is totally unacceptable! I advise to think twice before handing your car in there!!
