21 days and still no refund

29nov filled up at station. Attended swiped my card twice and payment of 985.60. I notified them the same day. Up to date still nothing. Made phone call after another to follow up that's going on and all they tell me its with there bank. Had to pull statements from my bank twice to proof to them and still no refund. Doesn't look like they taking it serious as its been 21days now. And what I had to go through to beg to refund my money. Doesn't look like they planning on helping me as I got a call this morning informing me that I must see my banker. After I had been To my banker twice to get statements. Now its costing me more to get my money to drive up and down to the bank and with all my calls I have to make to them. Please help Lerika - [Email Removed]
