Poor workmanship and bad customer service

I took my car to car service city umhlanga. When collecting my vehicle, the mechanic did not go through with me what had been done. I noticed air filter housing clip had been broken and rear number plate lamp had also been broken with paintwork on the bumper scratched off. Furious I called emailed head office and did not get any response or call. I then phoned car service city umhlanga and the receptionist yasmin told me to bring the car in. I took the car in 2 weeks after the service due to my busy schedule. The manager Patrick attended to me but instead of listening to my story he kept interrupting me and giving me an answer for everything I said. He said there was no need for them to pull off the number plate lamp to check. In other words inferring that I am a. He said hewill hav to check the job card to verify if it were a possibility. He said they service these cars regularly n wud not hav broken the housing again inferring im a. Saying the break doesnt look new. Giving me stupid reasoning. This guy had an answer for everything. Very arrogant. Do not take ur car to car service city umhlanga. These people are inexperieced
