Poor service at NMI Durban

If u are thinking of servicing your vehicle at NMI Durban, old Fort Rd, please think again.

The service at NMI is pathetic. My car was booked for service last week. I had booked for approx 7 days in advance. On arrival, I was told my car was not on their list for booked vehicles.

I had to wait up until they had finished with listed vehicles before they could attend to me. Car handed over to them finally.

When it is my time to pick up the vehicle, told my vehicle was handed over very late. My 1st concern whose fault was it for late handover caused they told me they have to attend to registered vehicles 1st.

I was at NMI as early as 13h25 to pick the vehicle. I told them that I need to pick up my kids at school at 15h00. If they are not going to finish before then, they must let me know so that I can get a meter taxi to pick up my sons. Told my car will be ready in next 30 min. I waited up until it was close to 16h00. Only reach school after 5 pm. Even the items that I told them to address, none of them were attended to, so what were they doing?

Why did they have empty promises?
