ILLEGAL SUBLEASING OF VEHICLES UNDER NCA AGREEMENT

Unable to get credit, I approached Miracle Mile who advertise helping Black Listed, to rent (4 years) to buy... a Suzuki Swift 1.4 GLS, registration ZCF998GP. Being aware of sub-leasing I recorded on my DP-20 notecorder confirmation by Miracle Mile that they owned the vehicle, and that there were no oustanding amounts in a 3rd party name to any financing house.

I asked for copy of registration papers, they refused, so I used a contact to pull vehicle register entry on VIN number, and found the title holder was Stannic Witbank, owner one AT Shiko ID number 8111230501089. I phoned Stannic and reported this and they confirmed the vehicle was still under a NCA finance agreement for another 26 Months.

Miracle Mile further instructed me to to Stannic (on notecorder too) that "I was only investigating and as I found out what I did, I did not take the car, and did not have possession of it".

I rather co-operated with stannic giving the car back to them, and now have no vehcile to get to work, and am out by R 31 000 that Miracle Mile (In Reach Finance) took from me under a contract, I did not know was at the time. I know of many more of their cars!
