Poor after sales customer services

We bought an E350 cabriolet from the bryanston branch and I have only ever taken my vehicle back to that dealership for its service. now I have been informed that they have no problem servicing my vehicle but that the drop-off and collection is out of their "10km radius" and therefore cannot take me to usual destination they previously used to do. I find this totally unacceptable and believe that they should inform customers upfront that they should instead take their vehicles to other dealerships within the customers 10km radius.

For the cost of these vehicles one would like to believe that you would be treated appropriately but then I suppose that Mercedes only cares about their sales and not after sales... I should then stick to Toyota who treats you the same whether you drive a Yaris or a landcrusier. There is no need for customers to remain loyal to their mercedes dealerships... because the dealership surely does not.
