I am really upset with the service I received from the above mentioned dealer, I took my car in for service on the fifth of December, however there was a part that needed to be fitted on the car, I was promised a phone call to arrange the fitment, five days later I called in to enquire and was told to bring in the car today, after several hours I went back to check on the car and was told nothing has been done since the part was not there, not only was I disappointed but I had to cancel my holiday trip
