Suzuki Auto South Africa
Extremely Poor Customer Service Suzuki Bryanston

Cars & Transport

In August, I purchased vehicle from the Suzuki Bryanston dealership and encountered the following:
oPrior to collecting car, I pointed out a tyre defect which I requested be resolved. Both the sales man and dealer principle assured me there was no defect. I subsequently checked this with Tyre Wheel and Tyre who confirmed the tyre must be replaced immediately. Not accounting for the time spent running around to prove this, I was also at risk of tyre failure which insurance would have not covered. Also, it was extremely negligent and irresponsible of the dealership to release the car under such circumstances. That said, after a few weeks, the tyre was eventually replaced.
oUpon taking delivery of the car, I was not given a spare key. The dealership stated they would swiftly respond and arrange a spare. I only received confirmation that the spare key was available on the 7th October, after many weeks of chasing my Suzuki sales person. Although Suzuki covered the cost of the actual key, there was an additional fee of R969 to code the key. I should not be liable for this amount as my car should have initially included a spare key.
It is now the 18th December have no resolution.
