I booked my car in for a major service one week ago. i get a call from VW at 12 yesterday, confirming additional items need to be replaced, which i approve. then I'm told that they only have the parts available by Thursday which is fine. So i asked that my major service be carried out in the meantime to which the response is. We dont have the air filter in stock. neither do we have the cambelts in stock but we will have them on thursday. So if a car is booked to be serviced 1 week in advance does that not give you enough time to ensure you have all the parts for the major service? i mean an air filter, cambelts are all standard with a major service. when i collected my car absolutely zero work was done on it. Now radio now does not come on and the badge was removed from the car. i took 1 day off work to ensure VW has enough time and now you request that i waist more of my time to come in and correct YOUR incompetance!!! Honestly this demotivates me from a future VW purchase. You guys have reached a hole new level of dismal service!!! To summarize it all up, car booked 1 week notice for service, zero work done, car given back Radio does not work and my badged removed!
