ABC Movers and break your belongings

On the 30th of November we moved and unfortunately we contracted ABC Movers to load and transport our belongings. First of all, Linda was rude to my wife because they could not do our move early in the morning, after a lot of negotiating with the home owner, my wife phoned Linda to say it is o k to move early, but Linda was rude. On the day of the move, the truck was suppose to be there at 12H00, they only arrived at 15H30. When they offloaded they just dumped everything all over the garage, they broke my son's computer desk, my electrical drill, and numerous hand tools that was in tool boxes. When I complained to Linda, she said that they know about amongst their workers and asked me to send an e-mail which I did. She replied and defended her staff and also suggested that we should claim from our own insurance because they do not carry insurance. If I knew that before hand I would not use them because it is clear that they do not care about client service but seems that they are only interested in what they can break and how much they can from their customers.
