It's never nice to arrive at your Audi Dealership and get told that your car was damaged by one of their employees. What's even worse is when you are promised that you will be kept up to date with the repairs done to your car, yet that promise is broken over and over again.

What's even funnier is when they lend you a Chevrolet as a courtesy car. Surely Audi would want you driving around in one of their own vehicles??? When my car was ready for collection, i was told that i could only have my car delivered in the late afternoon, as certain employees were apparently too busy to go pick it up, so I decided to collect it myself. Horrible service to say the least. I'll consider another brand when I trade in my car.
