Went to vw soweto to ask them to adjust m:-Dy car lights and was told that they only assist their clients and i have to pay even if the car is still under warratty, maintence plan and motor plan as what i required was a top up, i took the car to vw in booysens which is more than 20km as i bought the car from them and they did adjust the head light without any problem and payment, is thishow vw works if you buy a car from a dealer you only have to go to that dealer for services required on your car? Is vw not applying the same rules for warranties and maintence plans?
