Often we complain at bad service yet keep quiet when we receive service excellence.

The lady who set up the delivery appointment (Khotso) is a definite asset to the company. She is very polite and articulate. Made sure it was a convenient time for her to call. In the middle of setting up the appointment her computer froze. She took this well within her stride, apologised and rescheduled the call for 30mins later. When she called back, on time, she confirmed all data she was able to capture prior to her computer freezing and completed the booking.

The Courier arrived well within the 2 hour designated time slot. He was very friendly, competent and efficient. What a pleasure it is to be greeted with such a smile first thing in the morning.

Well done CCD for ensuring the delivery of my Credit Card was done with such friendly efficiency
