I went to BP Promenade with a gift card and did a purchase of R100 petrol. Got serviced by the petrol attendent and the supervisor. R200 was deducted. I phoned in and i was told to collect the money by managment. I went there three times and still did not get the money, which cost me more than R100.The supervisor could not help me because the manager is never available/precent. Today i phoned in and spoke to the same person that told me that i can collect the money. She told me i can collect the money as per her manger. This is becoming a problem, because now i have been driving up and down just for a R100 that was deducted (extra), Where the managment could just put in some effort to sort out the customer by making sure the customer is being sorted. In this situation its not the customers problem that their (card) machines are problematic. Now the customer has to drive more than what BP owes him/her.
