Dangerous lady of Global removals

This lady is very dangerous, smooth with the mouth and constantly promissing but never pitch. She made me paying every cent 6 weeks in advance and was suppose to be at my house on the 12th December but then it was raining to much in Durban and they can not deliver a clients furniture and then the sun is shining but it took more than a day to down load the clients furniture and on the third day the trock broke down and and and and. I asked her gently to pay back our money so that we can be able to use another company but suddenly she can not do it because of the partners of her company that needs to sign. But she can not give me one name of a partner because I think she is the only one. Previously she told me that she will pay back a clients money if they are unhappy about their service but now I must suffer, why. why!!! This lady must be stopped by taking people money and breach the contract.
Full of excuses and stories and will sell ice to an eskimo. People please take care!
