Wating long for sevic

I was coming from Port Elizabeth and I stopped at engine in parys going to Johannesburg and they only had 4 Attendants and it took long for us and other customers to be helped cos they are short staffed and the owner is fully aware that there a lot of motorists as there are no garages closer so why can't he add staff for a faster service, but I have to. Compliment the attendants that even of the situation they still gave the best service it's just the owner who makes it look bad.
