Dishonest businessman

Andre sold my Audi a4 2002 3.0litre about months ago and still awaiting my money. While the new owner is enjoying my car i have to battle to get the monies out of him. He promise the payments on several occasions into my account but to no avail. Yesterday 11.10.2013 at 11h50 am on his premises he promised to pay the money into my account the very same day and did not happen. He simply ignores emails when communicating. This is absurd to hear all the from a dishonest person that i have to endure for money due to me but not forthcoming. I ran out of patients!!!
