Budget Rent A Car
Name being listed on ITC

I had an accident last year with a courtesy car rented from budget through my insurance and i was advised by budget that i need to pay and excess amount of R3950.00 i which i did settle it last year already. In october this year-2013 i recieved a letter demanding me to pay the above amount in 20 days or i will be listed.
I am so fed up with this people the don't even know how to do their books. This company is incompetent and pathetic and worse part when i phone them the send me from pillar and post.
This will affect my credit score and record.
