Disgusting attitude and service

I have never ever in my life dealt with a more unprofessional and disorganized company. I called 2 days before, requesting that I bring my car in for a minor check up, even explaining to them what the problem was, as I just never had time to take care of it myself. I asked when it would be available for me to bring my car in as I would have to organize an alternate method to get to work. They told me Thursday would be fine, I asked if 9:30am works. They confirmed. Arriving to the company on the day, I walk into the front office, which is empty, eventually having to search around for help. I tell the man whom I presume was the owner from his uniform, that I phoned about bringing my car in and the problem. I then get told that they cant take my car, as they are full. Of course I explode, mentioning my call and the time agree'd upon. He then simply says "sorry, we cant take your car, first come first serve" with a smirk on his face. When you make and agree on a time and day, I assume I will get service. Needless to say, I will not be using them in future, and would not recommend them to anyone if this is their attitude with all clients.
