DENY ME MY DEPOSIT

On rental agreement 161826976 i paid R750 deposit, the car was collected from me by Sebastian on a Saturday and said the people working with deposit refund are not at work they will be there on monday, He confirmed that there was no damages on the car after inspecting it with me & his Coleague Davis who droped him off was also available, when Sebastian left he drove off badly and David who droped Sebastian off told me not to worry about his driving as he is the witness that the car left with no damages, hours later i got a call from Europcar that the car had tipex on and they are sending Sebastian back with the car to me, When he arrived he showed me the mark that was not on the car when it left and said i must fill the insident form or otherwise i'll be black listed. i told him that we checked the car together and he confirmed the was no such marks what now? he said he'll wait for his manager to call me on Monday, that monday they forced me t fill in the insident form saying i damaged the car, to my suprice even David who was with us was now saying i damaged their car, On my rental 159875510 i paid R500 deposit bought a tyre & paid R680 for damage & never had my deposit back.
