Very very bad service

My parcel has been with TNT since 14 October when I paid my customs duty. after that they requested IEC certificates from me. I contacted the supplier who gave me a number of certificates that i forwarded to TNT. i never received acknowledgement whether they were the right one or not. I contacted Tebogo, the Stops clerk and he was not sure if they were. My goods were detained by NRCS for testing. Fast forward to end of November nothing has happened. I am given the number for the NRCS guy to make follow up myself. I do. he tells me my goods can be released except the chargers. its fine with me.

Two weeks now I dont know whats stopping the release of my goods. I have emailed TNT with no response at times. phoned them and transferred back and forth until I am cut off. I have been to, for example that the customs people are unreachable but when I phone them immediately after, they pick up the phone.

I paid for the clearance why now am I calling NRCS and customs (who told me I am not qualified to talk to them)

I want my goods. when eventually you release them you will want to claim storage fees from me but what ca you show about your service.
