Fairlane Delivery Services

I bought electronic goods from Tip Top Electronics - due for delivery 30th November. I was called by David at Fairlane & he informed me that there were customs clearance money to pay before he could release the goods - Tip Top are in Kimberley! I could not get a refund from Tip Top & so in desperation to get something I paid the "clearance" charges of R3350 - only for Fairlane to inform me that there were further charges. My tracking details have since disappeared from their website. I phoned Dep of Customs in Pretoria & asked them to check if Fairlane was an authorised importer & the details I had were bogus

THESE GUYS ARE ARTISTS - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TIP TOP & DO NOT PAY FAIIRLANE ANY CLEARANCE CHARGES.
I am almost R18k down with nothing to show for it
