I had an item sent to me with the instruction that they should call before delivering. They did not. So of course no one was there to receive the item. How hard is it to follow a simple instruction? When I complained, the first person who took my call either lost it or cut me off. Attempts to get this parcel re-delivered have proved frustrating to say the least. Will not use them again.
