Ram Hand To Hand Couriers
Am hand to hand couriers unreliable

I have been waiting for an order to be delivered to me for days now and I gave them specific instruction to deliver at my work place and to please call me when they get there. I waited to no avail eventually I called them to try and track down my order and the lady at their call centre tells me she wil arrange for my order to be delivered the next day at home, as a reasonable person I took a day off to stay home and wait for them but stil nothing onli for vodacom to tell me that my order has been returned to them. And to my understand ram onli returns goods after 3attempts and failed deliveries. And I onli know of one where they "claim" to have come to my work place and called me on my cell and didn't get a response..what I don't understand is why wasn't I called on delivery of my order and when I called ram why where they not honest with me about the where abouts of my order..this was my first experience with ram needless to say it was ..I'm stil very much interested in my order and had I had another way of getting believe me I'd b using that channel course the ram channel is unreliable and doesn't deliver period
