My recent experience with an auto repair resulting from an accident was handled with such standout service that I felt you should know about it
I was recently in an auto accident. Having been insured with Standard Bank, i relied on the claims analyst to help me in this situation. I was not disappointed. The standard bank claims adjuster Phumzile Ngcombela was efficient.
The repair shop - MAG panel beaters - was excellent. They were great to deal with. Denzel and John kept me advised of the status of the repair. Professionalism is exhibited throughout this company. They are honest and always ready to take calls and answers questions.
