Misleading information

In tracking my shipment I realised it was in the "clearance event" status for too long, I then phoned them asking why I have not been contacted, they apoligised, took my details and assured me that I will receive my package today seing as everything was now in order.

An hour passed without any status update, I phoned again and was notified that the relevant details were not sent through to the clearing office. I was again asked to provide details, which I did and was notified that the package will not be delivered today.
