Bad service

I bought my car in Constantia Kloof in December 2012. My first incidents happened in December the when I stater was not working. I reported the car to Quintus as I bought the car from him. Well the stater problem was fixed. In May 2013 the was a sound at the back of my car, again reported the Quintus and he assumed that its just the dust causing the sound and he said they did the point check of the car but still there was a problems and the sounds at the back of the car. In August 2013 I booked the car at VW Contantia Kloof for the car to be serviced and they left my car unattended and when I phoned to check if they are done with my car to my surprise nothing was done. So my car was just parked unattended the whole day. I was also not notified that the service amount would more than the last time. I was upset and reported the matter the guy incharge as I was told that the manager was on leave. I contacted the head office to report the bad service. I then decided to take my car to the another servicing company of which they provided point checking and they discovered the wheel barring are faulty. I remembered that I once report the funny sound at the back of my car in May.
