In November I took my car for 75000km service, I reported that I had a problem with my accelerator as it is sticky. I was promised that I'd be called before the end of the week. We are now in the second week and still no call, as they had no cables that they needed to fix my car. I always have to call and I'm always put on hold. This is not the first time I receive such service from them
