Kia south Africa, wow where to start looks like I am adding to the list of complaints, I have a kia picante 2013 model with 11397km on the clock, suddenly it broken down on Tuesday evening, they picked the car up on Wednesday morning, it is currently still sitting at kia and no answer to when the car will be ready, I have been asking for a courtesy vehicle as I have no transport to get back and forth from work or anywhere at that matter, the car is brand new, they say they only give a vehicle after a certain amount of days and if a part is back ordered!! seriously, they cannot even tell me what is wrong with my car or how long it is going to take them, I need a car to get around, I am occurring cost for not having a car and have to pay for additional transport on top of paying for a brand new car that for me is terrible service. they also tell me to contact head office why must I contact there head office it should be done on my behalf, so my car is sitting there and nobody knows what is wrong with it or how long it will take to be repaired surely that is reason enough to give me a courtesy car in the meantime.
