First Car Rental
Totally Shocked!!

We made a booking (end Oct) for a vehicle that we needed to cross the border with on the 6th of Dec. When we went to collect the vehicle at OR Tambo, we were told the vehicle is in Hatfield Pta, only to get there and be told it is the wrong vehicle, it was actually at OR Tambo, 100 kms of fuel wasted. After the worst service ever we are given a vehicle with the wrong documents. We were totally shocked as we had asked for these documents on the 3rd and we were assured everything would be ready by the date of collection. Nothing was ready. We had to drive to Mesina and wait for them to sort out their unprofessional behaviour & the wait ended up costing us a day of our plans.
You didnt check your vehicle before handover. Your vehicle had the worst ever tyres (back wheels punctured) no triangle, or reflector stripes (required by traffic dept) We are totally shocked you have the guts to call yourselves first car rental yet you offered us the worst ever service and didnt have the decency to treat the situation as urgent. We are totally disgusted by your service and utter disregard towards clients. We paid a lot of money for the vehicle and yet didnt get proper professional service. mxm
