Bad attitude

I called into the 031 582 6600 Nandi Drive office number at around 11h57 today and had a urgent delivery to Empangeni, i asked for the sales department and the despatch, both departments were unavailable, so i asked the receptionist what time the Empangeni/Richards Bay would be leaving??? the lady said it will be leaving at 13h00, i called my client and told him that he would have his goods today, i then proceeded to deliver my goods to the Nandi drive depot at around 12h45 or so... only to be told by the despatch that the Empangeni/Richards Bay truck had left at 11h00!!! i asked to speak to the receptionist who gave me the incorrect information, she said that she did not say 13h00... NO APOLOGIES, NO HOW CAN WE ASSIST YOU, NO WHAT CAN WE DO TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE!!!
I WILL NOT BE USING THIS LOGISTICS COMPANY AGAIN
