Skynet courier delivery the wrong item

My friend sent a customer a wifi repeater using DPEX with tracking number 582000404576. However, on June 24, 2013, The customer received Skynet courier for the delivery of wifi adapter and instead received a table cloth, They made a horrible mistake and mixed my parcel with other parcels. The parcel I received is tracking number of 5250000064036. The wrong parcel has been returned but the customer is still awaiting for the right one. But until now, no respond and no call, no explanation from SKYNET. Does any body who can help US!!
