POOR WORKMANSHIP

On the 14 of November 2013 Mr Gerhard Smit took my uno tempo in for repairs at a cost of R11980 he said it would be fixed in a weeks time the next Wednesday. we left them to do the repair after about two weeks later we called to find out and the he wanted another R2000 then on sunday 01 dec at 9:00pm Paul called and said that he would bring the car it never happen on monday 2nd dec he Gerhard said he will bring the car at 4:00pm never happend my father went and got the car then he sweard at my father and wanted R500 and tried to assult my father called him a P!!! s and he will never do us a favour again we paid for a service and he never answers his phone.my car has a few parts missing tyers are flatt spotted and hanbrake cover missing he has abad attitude and threatend my father I am not happy please sort this out
