Terrible attitude and incorrect refund

The part I ordered was faulty so I had to send it back to Cape Town at my own expense. They refunded me less a postage fee for the part that was originally sent to me.
When I first called about the fault I was told that they have never had any returns on their parts. When I spoke to him now about the incorrect refund I was told that on all their refunds the customers pay to have the part sent back to them. He then very politely slammed the phone down on me.

Disgusting customer service. I would never use them again and suggest that anybody who is thinking of doing so should think twice.
