Poor customer Service by VW

I have a VW Amarok d/cab bakkie, it when't in for all its services at VW, i then took out an extended service plan as well as an extended warranty on the bakkie. After my last service they told me that they picked up a problem on my dif but they don't know what it is. A week later I again had to travel the 300km with an extra car to get back, (they wont supply a courtesy car). They then found that it was the sensor on the dif that was faulty and had to be replaced. Only a week after i left the bakkie with them they told me (I had to call them) that the part is on back order and and will get my bakkie in two weeks time. In that two weeks i got no feedback on the situation from them at all, I had to follow up myself the whole time. Now when I contacted them again they tell me that the part will only be here the Monday after the two weeks is over. I then insisted on a courtesy vehicle seeing that will be going on holiday now and have no transport. They then tell me that they don't have any cars available for me. I think this is totally unacceptable and pathetic service from such a well known car dealer. There is no commitment what so ever from their side.
