Pathetic reponse time and unwillingness to help

Europcar still does not want to refund me 2 months later and Craig does not want to provide me with an address to write to Europcar nor can he provide me with proof that I was notified when the car was due back. When I asked him about it, he sends me the exact same email as before, that is complete laziness n terrible service. I want this matter sorted out ASAP as it has been 2 months already.
