Poor Quality

I would like to bring to your attention the poor quality and service of the Holiday Inn Express hotel Umhlanga South Africa which I have stayed at on the 2nd March 2013

The Room was not properly maintained. The light switches broken, lights out the socket and the toilet had all brown stuff over it left by the last guest (room not cleaned properly) and the bed sheet was stained. Also the shower was luke warm. I have photos which I have taken to show you what I am going on about. This is really poor service and I would not want to stay at your hotel brand again or recommend it to anyone..
